Any violation of Sections 11.08.010 or 11.08.020 is punishable as an infraction or a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall
be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars or more than three hundred
dollars, in addition to any such fees as may be incurred for towing and/or removing
of such vehicles and/or structures, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not
less than ten days or more than ninety days, or by a combination of such fines, fees,
and imprisonment.
