The regular meetings of the board shall be held at the county seat on the first, second,
and third Tuesdays of each month at the hour of nine a.m. unless otherwise directed
by the board. Should any such Tuesday fall on a legal holiday, the regular meeting
of the board shall be held on the next business day. Adjourned regular meetings of
the board may be held at any time and place within the county deemed appropriate by
the board and permitted by applicable state law.
