  § 10.64.070. Enforcement.

  • It shall be unlawful to violate or fail to comply with any provision of this chapter. A violation of this chapter may be charged and prosecuted as a misdemeanor or an infraction in the discretion of the district attorney and as provided in Section 1.04.060 of the Mono County Code. The Mono County Sheriff's Department and the Mono County compliance specialist may issue a citation or effect an arrest pursuant to Penal Code Sections 853.5 and 853.6 and/or Mono County Code Section 1.13.030.
